a) Providing the website

e) Managing housing-related information
Where necessary for the operation of Co-Erasmus, we may process housing-related information, including private addresses of listed accommodations, in order to manage listings, review housing availability, support matching or coordination between users, and operate the service safely and effectively.
As a privacy and security measure, the exact private address will not be shared publicly or disclosed to other users at the initial stage. Instead, only an approximate location or estimated area may be displayed where appropriate.

4. Contact forms
When you use our contact forms, we process the data you enter in order to handle your request.
Fields marked as mandatory are required so that we can process your inquiry. Any additional information is voluntary.
Please do not send sensitive personal data through the contact form unless it is strictly necessary.
