Before you commit to renting, subletting, or swapping, check whether your lease, landlord, student residence, or local housing rules allow another student to stay in your room or apartment.
Co-Erasmus helps students organize peer-to-peer housing, but it does not replace your lease, landlord approval, university housing rules, or legal advice.
Whole-place swap
Spanish law says residential subletting may only be partial and requires prior written landlord consent.
Partial room / shared apartment
Partial temporary subletting is allowed only with prior written landlord consent.
