The room is a bright single room featuring two windows, parquet flooring, a bed, and so on - basically everything you need for daily living. The apartment has a large bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, bathtub, and washing machine, plus an additional separate toilet. In addition to the standard amenities, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, air fryer, and rice cooker. There is a secure, lockable bicycle storage room on the ground floor. The apartment is located on a quiet side street running between Karmelitermarkt and the Danube Canal. The Schottenring U-Bahn station (lines U2/ U4) is less than a five-minute walk away, as is tram line 2. You can reach the Main University in 10 minutes or the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 20 minutes. There is a post office on the adjacent street, and the area around Karmelitermarkt offers a wide range of dining and shopping options.
